Dear Parents,
I would like to update the Science Lab by adding more technology to the
program. My desire is to place educational Legos in the Lab to aid in the
instruction of simple machines for grades 1-3. For the upper grades, I
would like to incorporate basic computer programming skills using the Lego
Intelligent Houses, and introduce a robotics class. However, these materials
are very expensive. I will write grants this year to try to acquire these
materials for the students, however, grants aren't always a guarantee! If
any of the parents would like to donate money to the Science Lab to help
purchase some these materials, it would be greatly appreciated and so
beneficial to our students! Thank you for supporting the Science Lab.
