Procedures to follow when using the Library Media Center
Students will be expected to:
1. Select and check out books as discussed in library classes.
2. Return all library materials in a "Red" bucket or the "Red" cart.
Remember - "Red means Return".
All library books must be returned the day before their class comes
to the library. (If your child's class comes to the Library on Thursdays
then their books are due by Wednesday.)
**Library books returned the same days as their class comes to the library
will not be checked in that same day. Which means that your child
will not be able to check out a book that week.
3. Use courteous and considerate manners at all times.
4. Take responsibility for making or keeping the library media center
neat and clean.
5. Read and observe posted schedule times and other signs.
6. Be familiar with all areas of the library media center.
7. Practice proper book care and good library citizenship.
