Students should have homework assignments written in their planner each day.
In the event that there is none, then "NONE" should be written in the planner!
Spelling is in the workbook that goes home each night!

Each computerized test is worth 10 possible points. The highest
score, with all other requirements, will be used for a grade:
totaling 30 points for the nine-week period. At least one book must be tested
upon by each date shown.
Any student obtaining more than 20 points (based on value
assigned to book) will be rewarded.
A helpful website for practice before taking AR quizzes is
www.bookadventure.org. This website is not totally accurate
with determining correct book levels. Please check with
our AR system to verify that books are on fifth grade level
before reading.

Library books due for check-in every Tuesday.
If you aren't sure what's going on in class ask your child to see their
planner and/or binder(s) and you should be informed!
If your child is absent he/she has the same number of days to make up work.
It is your child's responsibility to take care of getting the assignments,
doing them and turning them in.
If your child is tardy or checks out, he/she must check with the teacher to
get the work he/she missed! Students who are absent or check out and miss a
test that was already announced will be responsible for that test upon their
return.
