Do we cook and eat every day?
Nutrition & Foods classes cook 2 days/week, every other week (after the fourthweek), andProStart classes cook 2-3 days/week. All classes have written coursework tocomplete, so it is impossible to cook every day. Some recipes are divided intomulti-day labs, so you might not always eat on days that you cook. The goal oflabs is developing your skills...you are not guaranteed a daily meal. Back to Top
