I am very excited to begin my 9th year here at Fontainebleau High School! I
graduated from Southeastern in 2003 with a B.S. in Family and Consumer
Science. Since then I have taught the Nutrition & Foods electives, and I
started the ProStart program at FHS. If you are considering a career in food
service, ProStart is a great place to start! I am
also the current Vocational Department Chair
and Freshman Class co-sponsor. Please contact me with any
questions, comments, or concerns. I am looking forward to a productive year!
I will provide a safe, expressive classroom where students are encouraged to
be themselves while practicing and developing valuable skills. Students will
learn and practice professional etiquette, communication skills, and
teamwork as they develop work-related skills. My goal is to help each
student do his/her part toward becoming a happy, responsible, productive
citizen.
