My classroom focus is to create a sense of fun and relevance for my students.
History is not just about "old, dead guys," the issues of the past resurface
and continue to impact us today. I hope that my students will learn about the
different groups that make up our society and how they can find their place
and contribute to our community and country. Along the way, I try to motivate
them to look at history through different perspectives and try different ways
of expressing what they think and what they know.
Students, come prepared to work hard, think creatively and try new things-
every day is an adventure!
