Just wanted to take care of a little housekeeping...

IN THE MORNINGS...IF YOU ARE NOT IN MY CLASS WHEN THE TARDY BELL RINGS, YOU
ARE TARDY.

Please check the assignment board (classroom) and the website daily for new
announcements, missed assignments, etc.
If you have an excused absence, it is your responsibility to check the
assignment board, handout folder, and make-up your work.

Make-up quizzes and tests are given by appointment only—please keep in mind
that all exams must be made up within one week on original test day.

Daily assignments must be turned in 1 week (5 days) from date of absence.

English III-If you are absent on a Friday and an editorial cartoon was due…
the mounted cartoon and complete paragraph is due on upon your return.

One thing that I want to make perfectly CLEAR is the Make-up Policy (Exams,
Quizzes, etc.) for my class. Make-ups are only given by appointment only.

Regardless of the day that you are absent, you are expected to complete any
make-up exams/quizzes within one week from the date of the missed exam. You
must give notice of the time that you plan to come in, so that I make
sure to have your test on hand.

If you fail to make up the test within the alloted time period given, you
will receive a "0" for the assignment/exam.

Tutoring will be held on Monday-Thursday from 2:30-3:30pm. If you cannot make
it due to time or schedule conflict, please see me to set up an alternative
appointment (lunch).
