When do graded papers go home?

Graded papers will go home once a week every Thursday.  All D's and F's 
should be signed and returned to school.  There is a graded paper sheet that 
the parent or guardian should sign by Friday in the back of your child's 
folder.

When will tests be taken?

Tests will be taken as needed.  Some tests will be graded for accuracy 
but not recorded in the gradebook, and others will be graded and recorded.  
Parents will be notified of the graded and recorded tests and will know the 
difference because there will be a grade posted on the paper.  Always look 
on the homework sheet, the homework notebook, or on the website for 
tests.Spelling tests will be on Thursdays and Reading tests will be on 
Fridays.  Always check the homework notebook for changes.

What is AR?

AR is a reading program that tests your child's comprehension skills.  Tests 
will be taken on the computer at school.  Your child should be reading at 
school during AR time, free time and at home.
