My name is Melissa Van Geffen. This is my 8th year teaching. I taught 1st
and 3rd grades at Florida Avenue Elementary. I recently returned to teaching
after being a stay at home mom with my 2 children. Their names are Karis and
Brady. I have a wonderful husband named Cory, who works as a financial
advisor. We have been married for 10 years. I have 2 schnauzers. Their names
are Duke and Belle. I also love dancing and teach classes at The Giaciobbe
Academy of Dance!
