When do the "employees" receive their graded papers?

The "GPF" (Graded Papers Folder) is usually sent home on Thursdays. On occasions it may be sent 
home on Fridays.

Where are homework assignments written?

Daily homework assignments are written on the "HAS" or homework assignment sheet. Since the SI 
office is self-contained, homework assignments may change during the week. Therefore, the most 
current, up-to-date information about homework assignments is recorded on the HAS.

How can I schedule an appointment for a parentteacher conference?

A parent-teacher conference may be set up by contacting Mr. Spires via personal note, email 
(joseph.spires@stpsb.org), or phone call.

Conferences are scheduled MondayFriday at 1:00  1:30 p.m.
