Let me tell you a little about myself. I am 52 years old. I have been
teaching for over 27 years. I have taught first grade, second grade, third
grade and a mild moderate special education class over the years at both
parochial and public schools. I want your child to succeed. I like to see a
child put what I've taught into a real world situation and for them to see
its application. Making that link to what's "out there" is the key to real
learning.
My hobbies are gardening, reading, painting or crafts, with movies and eating
out running a close tie. My husband and I like to travel a lot. We bought an
old defunct gas station with a house attached in North Dakota and spend one
week a year fixing it up. Since it was purchased for only $400, it needs a
little work.We also are working on setting up an Airstream on the old family
farm in Michigan to have when we visit my husband's family.I am one of six
children and my husband is one of ten. Some of my favorite things are; dark
chocolate, Cracker Jacks, sushi, Chinese food, lavender(any
purple will do), looking for a bargain, and romance novels/Sci-fi/paranormal
novels. ( Don't be afraid..I also read credible books too.)
