Read the Getting Ready Story: “Be Curious” to someone older than
you and have them sign it.
Spelling- Choose an activity from the “Spelling Choices: Third Nine Weeks”
sheet.
Thursday: Library
Reading- Practice vocabulary words in mesh zipper pocket.
Read the Main Selection: “Meet Ben Franklin” to someone older than
you
and have them sign it. Answer the Think and Compare questions at
the end of the passage if you have not already.
Spelling- Take a practice test. Study the words that you missed.
Friday: Music
Vocabulary (fill in the blank) test! Vocabulary and family words
(read)!
Reading Comprehension Test! Math Test: Subtraction (to 10)!
Spelling Test includes two dictation sentences for a language grade! A
handwriting grade will also be given
