About The Teacher

I am happily married to my husband, Norman J. Manton, Jr.
We have two wonderful children, David 21 and Meghan 18.
David went to Heaven on May 14, 2010 and Meghan went to Heaven on May 23, 
2010.

We have a Jack Russell Terrier named Pepper and a Pomeranian named Deuce.

This is my 10th year teaching third grade at Lyon Elementary and I love my 
job.

I am a graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University.

I am a lifelong resident of Covington.

My birthday is March 9th.

My hobbies include gardening, reading, cooking and LSU football.
