Thanks to our room mom for helping us with our projects for Art Gallery
Night next Tuesday. Be sure to come out and see the beautiful art displayed
throughout school as well as visit the Book Fair!
Next week we will begin learning about multiplication in math. In Science,
we will learn about good nutrition and the food groups. Students will also
design a complete day's menu that meets the criteria of including all the
food groups and well as staying in the appropriate caloric range. We will
also learn to read nutrition labels and make wise choices.
Students will review synonyms and antonyms as well as character/setting in
a story. This will be the final story in our basal.
Remember to put sunscreen on your child on Friday for Field Day. Please do
come out and help if you are able. I'm sure someone has a need for you at a
station.
