For those of you who don't know about the Neatness Fairy, let me tell you about her. She contacted me when I first started teaching 11 years ago. She told me that her mission was to keep classrooms neat and tidy. I liked what she had to say and agreed to help her. We have worked together for all of this time. She comes to the class and leaves a pass for those students whose desk and work area are neat and tidy. I agreed to let the student get a toy worth 10 pieces of Fish Food if they received 3 passes. And now, the Neatness Fairy has been in touch with our class! She emailed us and let us know that she will be visiting us soon. She would also love to hear from the children.
