My name is Sharon Turner and I have been teaching for 23 years. I graduated
from the University of New Orleans with a BA in early education. I started
out in kindergarten and moved to 1st grade. I taught first grade for 17
years and now I'm back in kindergarten and LOVE IT! I have 2 children,
Emily who is a senior at MHS and Ethan who is a freshman
at MHS. My husband and I have been married for 20 years and spend
most of our time watching our kids play sports. I love children and enjoy
watching them grow and learn. There is no place I'd rather be than in a
classroom full of beautiful smiles and children eager to learn!
The mission for our class is to create an environment where learning is fun
and safe and will promote successful life long learners.
