What time does school begin?

The first bell rings at 7:45 am.  
If students would like to have breakfast at school, they should arrive by 
7:30 am.

What do I need to do if my child is absent from school?

Please send a written/signed note the first day your child returns to 
school. 

If your child is absent from school for more than two days, please call the 
school and request their assignments.  Your child's teacher will leave 
his/her books and assignments for pick up in the office. 

If students know they will be be out of school prior to the absence, they 
should request assignments they will miss in advance.

How can I schedule a conference?

Parents may schedule a conference during my planning period either by 
calling the school office at (318) 256-3573, or by requesting a meeting 
through e-mail: veulemana@sabine.k12.la.us.
