TLW discuss what it takes to become physically fit.
TLW discuss injury prevention and treatment options of minor injuries.

Activites:
*Quick Start on page 74
*Students will keep a daily log that calculates the amount of time they spend watching TV, playing video games, or sitting at the computer.  (page 77)
*Students will decide on a new extracurricular sport to introduce at MHS.  They will defend their choice with examples of their sport's benefits to our school.
*Students will research types of sports drinks and their ingredient labels. (page 94)
