Hello,
My name is Phyllis Manuel. I am a graduate of LSU in Elementary
Education. My husband is Tom and we have two children. I love to travel,
fish, and cheer for the Tigers! I have been teaching for 15 years. This
is my fourth year in Zachary and I love it here.
I want to thank you for the opportunity to teach your child. I hope to
