How do you prepare students for tests?

Before EVERY test, I give students a study guide with all the 
information 
that they will need to know for the test.  They complete the 
study guide on 
their own and then I review it with the class at least one day 
before the 
test.  Each student should know BEFORE the test what information 
will be 
covered.

What should students do if they have missed an assignment?

It is the student's responsibility to find out what they missed 
and turn it 
in.  They should ask me before or after class.

The student is given their grade after each test and they can 
check their grades on this site
