Hi!
I am so excited that the school year is finally here! This is my
eighth year teaching at OLPS. I have taught Kindergarten, third grade and
sixth grade. Third grade is my favorite! This will be my sixth year in
third grade. I love teaching!
I graduated from Prompt Succor and then continued my education at Holy
Savior Menard Central High School. After high school, I obtained a
Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education (LSU) and earned my teaching
certificate. I am currently furthering my studies by pursuing a Master's
degree in Educational Technology.
My husband, Justin, and I have three beautiful daughters, Madeline - 8,
Emma - 6, and Ashley - 3. The girls also go to Our Lady of Prompt Succor.
Maddie is in the third grade, Emma is in Kindergarten, and Ashley is in the
three year-old program. One day, they too, will graduate from this great
Catholic and academic school!
I have been blessed for the past seven years to have so many awesome
students! All of them were so willing to learn. I intend to push and
encourage all of my students. I believe that the sky is the limit!
I want to teach them as much as I possibly can during the school year
in a safe, loving and christian environment. I believe that all children
have the ability to learn and thrive, when given lots of hugs, a healthy
atmosphere and the proper instruction! I promise to give your child 100%
everyday.
