Coach Rogers is a long time Louisiana resident growing up in New Orleans
graduating from Eleanor McMain High School. Coach Rogers earned his bachelor
of arts degree at Louisiana College in Health/PE Education. He has also
earned a second teaching degree in Special Education from Southeastern
Louisiana University. He is currently in his ninth year at Pearl River High
School teaching Health and is the Asst. Boys Basketball coach, Asst.
Volleyball coach, and Asst. coach in Softball. In his ninteenth year overall
as an educator Coach Rogers is known for his dedication to his students
success and care for their growth as young adults.
To understand the aspects of overall health (physical, emotional, and
mental) and to incorporate these learned concepts into practice everyday for
maximun health benefits.
