NewsletterA Note From Ms. Doolin Dear Parents, This month we will be learning about winter traditions and celebrations around the world from my friend The Gingerbread Man, who is running around the world and sending me emails to teach me about cultures and traditions. If you or your family have any special traditions you would like to share with the class, please let me know!! We would love to hear about them!! We will still focus on the letters Cc, Kk, Oo and Ff and the vowel Oo their sounds, and the proper handwriting and review all high frequency words. The math focus will be measuring, number words 1-10, patterns, and addition. Mrs. Doolin
A “Countdown to Christmas” homework guide will be sent home with a chain that has 25 links in it. Each night after you complete the homework activity your child removes a link of the chain and counts the remaining links to find out how many days are left until Christmas Day! What We Are Learning This Month!!
