Do I do all homework in my "H" Journal? 

YES! If they forget their journals they may use notebook paper.  .

Should my child have a behavior ticket daily?

YES!  There will be not ticket if there was a behavior problem.  In that case
you will probably get a note.  There will be no ticket if I am absent or the
copy machine is dead.  Minor problems the students "lose their tickets.  Major
problems get a note and probably a phone call home.
