Hello, I am your child's first grade teacher. I would like to tell you a
little about myself.
I am a Mississippi native who comes from a long line of educators, which
started with my Grandmother in 1915. I received degrees from Southeastern
Louisiana University and The University of Houston. I taught in Humble,
Texas before my husband was transferred to Louisiana. My home is now in
Slidell, LA. I have been married to a wonderful man for 35 years and
have a beautiful daughter who is now a Speech Pathologist for St. Tammany
School System at Little Pearl Elementary. I also have a dog named Ginger.
I have taught in St.Tammany Parish for fifteen years. It has been a privilege
to be part of the Riverside team during that time.
It is an honor to educate your children and work with you as a team in order
to give them the BEST EDUCATION POSSIBLE.
