I graduated in 1975 from Nicholls State University with a Bachelor of
Science
degree in Health and Physical Education. I have been part of the Education
System in Louisiana for 35 years .
This
is my 28th year teaching and coaching at Salmen High School. I have
been serving as the Head Basketball Coach, along with other coaching
responsibilities throughout my career.
I have a wonderful wife, Ramona, who has recently retired as an Educator
after 33 years of service.
We have been married for 35 years. We have three wonderful
children. Jennifer is a Salmen graduate of
1996, Jesse, IV, Salmen graduate of 2001, and Joshua, Salmen graduate of
2003. We have five grandchildren.
Physical Education provides an environment that...
1) Students will interact in a positive manner.
2) Students will have an opportunity to develop necessary skills in each
activity.
3) Students will have an opportunity to develop physically, socially, and
emotionally in various class activities.
4) Make sure safety and well being of each student is a top priority.
