Students and Parents
Welcome Back to 2010-2011 School Year
Please visit the Chemistry and the Physics Lesson Plan pages for a List of
Supplies and the Grading Policy. Let's make this a GREAT year by being
ready to learn and prepared to participate.
For many of my students, it is their senior year; the year will go quickly
and be packed with all kinds of activities in addition to school work --
that means you must be prepared to study every day and keep up with all
assignments. Over the course of the school year, students will
change from 11th-grade thinkers to college-level thinkers; this change can
be stressful for some students and their parents but it is necessary for
student success during the freshman year in college.
Students, your best interests for a successful life are always at the heart
of my thoughts and guide the activities I plan! Always keep that in mind
and come to me to discuss any questions, concerns, or difficulties you have
in a mature, solution-oriented manner. I find that most problems are solved
easily when approached with a positive attitude about being and doing your
best!!
I am looking forward to seeing you Monday, August 9th!!
Go Spartans!!
