About The Teacher

    I graduated from Southern University with a bachelor degree in 
Social Work.  I later returned to school to get a Master Degree in 
Business Management.  I still felt that my calling was not fulfilled, 
so I returned to school to certify in Secondary Education (English).  
I have enjoyed teaching for the last 6 years.

Mission For The Class

  During my career as a teacher, I have always felt that all children 
deserve a chance to succeed in life. The best way to accomplish this 
goal is with support, caring and a good education.  I believe that 
the support comes from all of the people that students come in 
contact with on a daily basis.  When students realize that we really 
do care, we can help make a difference in their lives. The students 
that I teach everyday will have the opportunity to become productive 
citizens in society.
    My goal is to help the students analyze and comprehend what they 
have read, and be more efficent in writing.  This will enable them to 
attain their goals in any subject.
