Dear Parents/Guardians,
Welcome to the 2011-2012 school year. I hope everyone had a terrific summer
and is looking forward to the upcoming school year; I know I am. This school
year will be filled with fun, excitement and most importantly learning.
Whether this learning takes place within a textbook or working with one
another, it is sure to be exciting and fun filled.
I believe that communication is the key to a great parent-teacher-student
relationship. I encourage contact so if you have questions or concerns, feel
free to contact me. The most efficient method of contact is email,
terra.lonardo@stpsb.org, which I generally respond to within 24 hours. If
this is not convenient, please call Salmen High at 985-643-7359 and I will
return your call as soon as possible.
This year, as in previous years, I'll be utilizing TeacherWeb. It is updated
regularly with notes and weekly lesson plans. This is a wonderful tool to
keep up to date with your child’s assignments as well as others since all
teachers also utilize the website.
I am looking forward to a wonderful and exciting school year!
Sincerely,
Mrs. T. Lonardo
