WHAT IS THE BEST TIME FOR A CONFERENCE

This year, 2010, I am tutoring in the afternoons from 3:30 till 
5:30 M,T,W,TH; so I can't conference afterschool. I do have some 
time during the day on Monday 12:10-12:40, Tuesday 2:30-3:00, 
Wednesday 8:45-9:15, Thursday 10:15-10:45.  However, I would 
appreciate it very kindly if you would call me first and let me 
know that you would like to conference with me so that I can make 
a special effort to accomodate you.
