Morning arrival: Students are allowed on campus beginning at 7:40 A.M. The
students will gather in the parking lot behind the church. At 7:52 the bell
will signal the students to form homeroom lines. The school day begins at
7:55 with morning prayer and assembly.
Dismissal: Grades 1-7 will be dismissed in the front parking lot at 3:00 P.M.
If your child is absent, please call the school office or e-mail me to
request his/her assignments and books be sent to the office.
It is important for parents to assist students in coming to school prepared
with marked school supplies. Some supplies will need to be replenished during
the year.
To set up a phone conference or an appointment with the teacher, please
leave a voice mail or send an e-mail if you require a quick response.
Review and sign the HANDBOOK CONTRACT p.28 from the SCR student handbook.
The handbook is online only and will not be printed. If a sibling gives this
sheet to their homeroom teacher, please send a note or email for my
records.
The Student Handbook is found on the SCR website under Letters, Flyers, Forms.
Names should put on ALL school supplies, lunch boxes, sweatshirts,
jackets/coats, textbooks, and workbooks.
Birthdays will be celebrated on the third Friday of every month. The room
mother will coordinate with the birthday mother(s)a special treat for
the students to enjoy.
The treat should be sent to school in the morning and will be given out at
break or lunch time.
