Nightly homework will be given Monday through Thursday. This includes written
work, reviewing of daily work and studying for tests or quizzes.
Occasionally, extended projects will require work at home.
Math - Each quarter, every student begins with a math homework grade of 100%.
Each time the homework is not completed 5 points will be deducted from the
student's grade for the quarter.
Homework assignments are posted on the Homework Site and copied each day from
the classroom assignment board. Students are responsible for retrieving and
completing all homework assignments.
Consistent failure to complete homework can adversely affect quarterly
grades.
Homework is posted daily on the HOMEWORK SITE and may be upgraded by
3:30 P.M. Please check your child's binder and review the assignment pad and
web page on a nightly basis.
Homework Site 2011-2012
If you are updating the homework site from last year:
1. Go to the school website and click the homework link
2. Login
3. On the top right hand side go to User Profile
4. Type your password and click Enter
5. Go to change classes
6. First delete any teachers from last year
7. Now using the drop down arrow click on the number of teachers you need to
add.
(The most you can do is 10 at a time.)
8. Click Add
9. You will put the teacher’s name for as many subjects as they teach. So if
you are
lower school parent, you may have your child’s homeroom teacher’s name 7
times.
Middle school parents will maybe have each teacher’s name once.
10. Click continue
11. Now select the subject each teacher teaches your child
12. Continue
13. You will now see all the classes you have added
14. If you need to add more, simply start back at step number 7 on this list
• If you have more than one child at SCR, you can have all children
under one account or each one separate.
• You create your own user names and/or passwords – you create them
yourself.
