*Welcome to all of our 2010/2011 Cuddly Critters! We are so excited to meet
all of our new Critters! We are looking forward to a spectacular year in
K3A! You will be amazed at how your child will grow and develop
academically, physically and spirtually during this first year of school. I
assure you that your child will be in God's hands while under our
care at St. Joseph's. There will be questions along the way, please feel

*Watch your mail for a welcome letter from the K3 teachers with lots of
important information and dates.
*Please remember to check your child's folder everyday, and label any money
in a marked envelope with the destination.
*Watch for Cuddly, our class mascot, to visit your home soon along with our
class journal "The Critter Chronicles."
*Watch for the "Mystery Bag" to come home in your child's school bag for
show and tell.
*We are working on the colors red, yellow, orange, green and blue, pink,
purple; the numbers one, two, three, four and five; and the circle, triangle,
square and ovalshape. We will discover the colors, numbers and shapes through
thematic based
units each week. We are are incorporating fine and gross motor skills as we
progress. Most of the children can cut things by themselves but please keep
practicing at home.
