I am from Tuscaloosa, Alabama. I graduated from the University of Alabama
with a degree in Secondary Education Social Studies. I have 9 years of
teaching experience. I have taught in Atlanta, Georgia and in Caddo
Parish. I heard so many great things about St. Josephs that I had to
check it out for myself. It has been a great experience.
I fell in love with Social Studies because of my travels all over the
world. When you are in a foreign country and you see something that you
have read about in your textbook it really comes to life. I want my
students to love Social Studies as much as I do. I am really excited about
teaching Louisiana History. I know that Louisiana has the richest history
of all the United States. We are going to have a great year.
Our mission is to provide a religious and academic education that prepares
students to become responsible members of their family, church, and
community.
