I am a graduate of Education from the University of New Orleans. This is my
10th year teaching, and 9 years have been in St. Tammany Parish. This is my
5th year at TMS. I love teaching because of the ability it lends to working
with children.
My mission is to have a functional working environment for the children that
allows them to continue to develop academic skills and traits that promote
good citizenship. We practice the FISH Philosophy which includes: Choose
Your Attitude, Be There, Make Someone's Day, and Have Fun. By encompassing
these traits in addition to our daily academics, which embrace many
different learning styles, I feel that my goal of helping the students move
toward becoming lifelong learners is achieved.
