To order TMS Sportswear simply print the order form and send to the school
office. Please make the check payable to TMS PTA. Sportswear items will
be
delivered to the home room teacher.

The final day to place a sportswear order at TMS will be April 18th, 2012.
Please get your orders in by this date as this is your last opportunity to
order before the end of this school year. Thank you for your support of
