I have been teaching Special Education at all grade levels for 32 years.
The wonderful thing about it is I still love what I do and I enjoy all my
students. I have been at Whispering Forest for 21 years and lived in
Slidell for 22 years. Prior to that I taught in both Texas and Illinois.
I am married and have three children ages 24, 21 and 18. When I am not
working I love to swim, read and just have fun with my family.
My mission for this class is to help my students build their skills in
reading, writing and math. By doing this I also hope to build their
confidence in themselves to enable them to keep learning and growing after
they leave me.
