THERE ARE TWO DIFFERENT SCHEDULES: 5TH GRADE SCHEDULE AND 6TH-8TH GRADE SCHEDULE
Vocabulary tests are equal to 20% of the final 9 weeks grade, consequently
each vocabulary test grade is important.
Don't wait until the night before to begin studying. Study five words a
night the week of the test (BEGINNING ON SUNDAY) adding five more words on
Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Then on Thursday evening, REVIEW all twelve (5th) or all
twenty (6th-8th) words.
TEST FORMATS:
8th grade vocabulary test will include matching and fill in the blanks.
7th grade vocabulary test will include matching, synonyms, antonyms, and fill
in the blanks.
6th grade vocabulary test will include matching, synonyms, antonyms, and fill
in the blanks. (word banks will be given)
5th grade vocabulary test will include matching, synonyms, antonyms, fill in the blanks, and word
associations
