Hey! We are adding a couple more challenges this week: peg board and timed jump rope. Be ready with your work out clothes, energy and a smile!
PHYSICAL FITNESS
We will start off the last 9 weeks with the rope climb and peg board as many of you requested it often. We will compare your earlier scores on the shuttle run, 40 yard dash, and sit ups! We will add several events to the challenges, push ups, toe touches, standing broad jump, timed jump rope activities, and some fun events like scooter races, other timed races or soccer shoot outs! We will re-check your height to see 'how you measure up!'
"DON'T BE MAD OR SAD...LOCK IT UP!"
STOLEN ITEMS: Lock up your possessions! Don't lay them down and cover them with clothes thinking that no one will find it...they will!!
Remember the clothing items should be plain/solid colors: green, gray, black or white and don't forget your tennis shoes!
FYI: NO SANDALS OR BOOTS with your P.E. uniform. CREDIT is only given when you have the three correct pieces: t-shirt, p.e. shorts, and tennis shoes.
