Hello. My name is Mrs. Landry. I'm the librarian at Slidell Junior High
School.
I received my my Bachelor's of Science in Elementary Eduacation at Louisiana
State Univerity. Geaux Tigers!
I received my Librarian Certification at Southeastern Louisiana University.
I was a teacher for 7 years before becoming a librarian 10 years ago. This
is my 14th year at Slidell Junior High.

"The Principle mission of the school library is to aquire, organize, preserve
and make accessible the materials needed for study, teaching, and research by
the students, faculty and staff at Slidell Junior High School. In order to
determine priorities for materials acquistion and services, Slidell Junior
High School uses the state standards, textbook adoptions, annual circulation
statistics and guarenteed curriculum to determine needs. These same
measures, in turn, provide measures of success in adjusting priorities to
meet the changing environment within the school."
