How much time should my child spend on homework each night?

Your child should spend 10 minutes per grade. Third graders 
should spend 30 minutes on homework each night.

How much should I help my child with their homework?

Please do not give your child the answers to their homework. You 
many help your child by giving examples and by working with your 
child until he/she can answer it on their own. If your child is 
having a difficult time, please send the homework in with a note 
to me.

Does my child need a snack during the day?

Every day we have set a time for working snack in the classroom. 
Please send in a healthy snack for them to have.
