Homework

Homework is wonderful way to put time put aside for reading.

  1. We ask that each student read for 20 minutes each night. Each student is also asked to think about what they read by writing a PREDICTION, QUESTION, CLARIFICATION, or SUMMARY.
  2. Practicing math skills is essential for building math knowledge. Math homework is provided nightly.
  3. Social Studies, science, grammar, or writing assignments are sometimes given.
  4. Parents are asked to sign these agendas each evening to insure homework is being completed regularly.
