Greetings and a Very Happy New Year to All!
The Lesson 14 Spelling Test and Science Test on Cycles have been moved to this Tuesday, January
6th. We will review these concepts on Monday in preparation for the tests. All students should
have the science study guides, which are also available online if needed. All missing
assignments must be in on Monday for progress reports. Please see updated homework webpage. In
the event of any school cancellation on Monday, tests will be pushed to Wednesday. I look
forward to getting back to school! I will see you then.

Spelling City is a new website that is linked on my Language Arts page. Students can use this
site to learn the new spelling words each week, take a pre-test, play games with the words, and
even test themselves on Thursday nights before the real test. Additionally, parents and students
can print out cursive handwriting practice sheets if needed. Please take a look at this new and
exciting resource!
