Please let the nurse know of any health concerns or issues which may affect
your child during the school day, especially as a result of injury or illness
at anytime throughout the school year.
When your child is absent due to illness, please let the Nurse know if your
child is running a fever at or above 100.4, has a sore throat, runny nose or
cough.
