There will be homework Monday through Thursday. Each night you will have a
Language Arts assignment (usually a Daily Language Review sheet) and an ADD
(Math) sheet.
You must read for 20 minutes every night. You will have a Reading Log to
complete Monday through Thursday. You will write the date and title of the
book you read. You and your parent will sign off each day. Do not sign off if
you haven't done the required reading.
You should also practice "fact families" every week. The targeted family will
be noted on your weekly Reading Log.
There may be times you will be given special assignments. When that happens,
you will not have to do the homework in your notebook, but you will be
expected to do your nightly reading.
