This year,  a main focus of our library classes in Grade 1 will be Folk and Fairy tales.

We will be exploring and discussing the works of author and illustrator Paul Galdone.

Galdone's "three" stories, such as The Three Little Kittens, The Three Little Pigs, and The Three Billy Goats Gruff , in traditional retellings,  are the foundation for the unit.
