What should I do if I forgot my assignment planner?

You can do several things.  First, you can check this site and see what your
assignments are for the day.  If the site has not been updated, which may
happen from time to time, you should check in with a study buddy.

What happens if I forget my homework?

First of all, relax.  It happens to everyone once in a while.  The policy is,
you will receive a Homework Slip from the teacher.  You must return your
assignment and the signed Homework Slip the next day.  If the signed slip and
homework are not turned in, you will need to schedule a detention.

Will I have the chance to earn extra credit?

Yes!  I will assign Bonus Point work from time to time.  These assignments are
used as "extra credit".
