In First Grade, we will begin the month of January by doing a short unit on
shapes. Then we will introduce the calendar, focusing on the days of the
week and the months of the year.
We encourage you to continue practicing words and phrases in español
with your children. Ask them to teach you some new expressions or
songs, for it is a wonderful way to improve fluency!
