Required Supplies

Be sure to bring your supplies to class everyday--class participation grades depend on 
showing up ready and willing to work.  

A limited number of class supplies are available, at cost,in the classroom "store." 
Donations joyfully accepted!

AN ASSIGNMENT NOTEBOOK! This is your responsibility to keep up-to-date.
PENCILS and/or blue or black pens.
RED PEN for proofreading/self correcting.
WEEKLY WRITING FOLDER clearly marked with your name and class information.
NOTEBOOK--looseleaf is best with dividers or pocket folders; looseleaf paper. (Spiralbound OK)
AN INDEPENDENT READING BOOK--have with you at all times.
STUDENT ID--absolutely necessary to check out library books!
Suggested--Post-It Notes for marking passages in readings for discussion and writing.
Also suggested: Memory stick (Also known as a flash drive, jump drive, or USB drive) 3 hole punch, ruler, dictionary or thesaurus; laptop computer if available.
