PAC is specifically aimed at families of children with special needs. PAC is
intended to be a communication and feed back channel for parents whose
children receive special services. PAC communicates information on parental
concerns to the respective school contacts and meets and interacts with
school officials to evaluate and develop SPED or special education programs.
